Oil Painting

This started out as an experiment. 

Which was fun all in itself!

But, it actually turned out nicely.

Supplies we used:

paint 

(I originally saw this done with dried paint chips)

oil
paper (we used cardstock & paper plates)

paper cups

large casserole type dish

water

Add paint & oil to a cup

 Mix them together

 Pour or spoon it into the casserole dish filled with water

 Place a piece of paper on top.

Let it sit for about 20 - 30 seconds.

**You need to add more of the oil/paint mixture for each piece of paper you use.  

 Hang up to dry or lay flat on the stove or on a cookie sheet.
